The Anxiety, Depression & Trauma Clinic
From my practice in Harley Street, London and online, I work with individuals who appear successful, capable, and high-functioning on the outside, yet internally feel overwhelmed, exhausted, or quietly struggling.
Many clients come to therapy when anxiety has become constant, burnout is creeping in, or the strategies that once helped them succeed no longer feel sustainable. Others find that past experiences continue to shape how they think, feel, and relate to others, leaving them feeling stuck, disconnected, or unable to move forward as they want.
I support individuals experiencing trauma, anxiety, depression, and complex emotional difficulties, including C-PTSD, OCD, dissociation, grief, addiction, relationship struggles, and a persistent sense of emptiness or disconnection.
My work draws on evidence-based advanced clinical training in Integrative Psychotherapy, EMDR, Hypnotherapy, and Coaching. I work with each person to carefully tailor each treatment plan to their needs. My approach is grounded in a relational trauma-informed psychological approach to trauma, integration of self, nervous system regulation, purpose-led living and big emotional change.
At the heart of my work is Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR), a powerful evidence-based therapy that helps the brain process and resolve traumatic experiences. Research shows EMDR can lead to significant improvement in as few as 6–8 sessions for single-incident trauma.
I offer weekly therapy sessions, focused EMDR intensives, and structured therapeutic coaching programmes. Intensive formats allow longer, more concentrated work and can help accelerate therapeutic processing and support meaningful, lasting change.
Sessions are available in person in Harley Street or online, offering a confidential space to work through what is holding you back and move forward with greater clarity, balance, and emotional freedom
