Trauma, Anxiety & Emotional Well-being Clinic - Harley Street, Bloomsbury, City of London & Online
Most people I work with are used to holding it all together outwardly coping, yet privately struggling on the inside. Many have spent years pushing through, managing alone, or feeling as though they are never quite enough.
This can show up as anxiety, overwhelm, emotional disconnection, self-doubt, difficulty switching off, or a sense that something feels wrong even when life appears to be functioning on the outside.
You find yourself reacting in ways that don’t quite make sense, or feeling disconnected from yourself, others, or the life you’re trying to build.
At a certain point, change is not just about understanding why you feel the way you do. It is about working with the deeper narratives, beliefs and emotional patterns that past experiences have created the way you see yourself, interpret the present, and respond to life now.
Through a tailored approach integrating EMDR and psychotherapy, we work to reprocess unresolved experiences and shift the belief patterns formed around them. As these patterns begin to change, so can the way you think, feel, relate and move through the world.
The aim is not just to cope better, reduce overwhelm and emotional exhustion but to create a shift in how you experience yourself with greater balance, purpose and a sense of control over where you are heading.
Performance Psychology & Wellbeing Programmes
You may reach a point where the life you have no longer feels aligned with the life you want to be living.
You might feel persistently anxious, emotionally overwhelmed, or disconnected from yourself. Perhaps old patterns keep repeating, it has become difficult to switch off mentally, or despite outward success, something no longer feels as fulfilling as it once did, and you want greater personal and professional balance and alignment.
My Wellbeing Programmes provide a structured space to pause, reflect, and gain clarity. Drawing on psychology, coaching, and evidence-based approaches, the focus is on deeper understanding, emotional integration, and meaningful change.
Based in Harley Street, London and online, these programmes are designed to help you restore balance, strengthen resilience, and move forward with greater clarity, purpose, and fulfilment.
My aim is to help you thrive in both your personal and professional life without sacrificing your health, relationships, or sense of self.
My work is structured, focused, collaborative, and outcome-oriented.
I work actively and intentionally, combining an exploratory understanding of your experiences with evidence-based approaches that support meaningful psychological change.
The focus is not simply on insight, but on creating a shift in how experiences are held allowing changes in how you think, feel, and respond, and supporting the development of a more integrated and stable narrative of self.
About my approach
As a neurodivergent practitioner myself, I bring an awareness that people experience, process and move through the world in different ways. For some, distress is not simply about symptoms, but about years of adapting, masking, pushing through or trying to fit into environments that have not always felt aligned with who they are. Sometimes, the very qualities and strategies that have helped a person cope, achieve or succeed can also become the patterns that leave them feeling stuck, disconnected or unable to live in a way that feels fully their own.

Neurodiversity-affirming support is also available for clients with ADHD or autistic traits, particularly where these intersect with burnout, anxiety, trauma or emotional overwhelm. ADHD indicator assessments available on request.

Moving Forward
Why Clients Choose to work with me
Many of the people who come to my practice have already tried to manage things on their own for a long time. From the outside, they are coping yet internally, they feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or weighed down by anxiety, trauma, or emotional exhaustion.
What they are often looking for is not just advice but a space where they feel genuinely understood, respected, and supported in creating meaningful change.
My work combines extensive clinical training with a thoughtful, integrative approach. Drawing on EMDR, psychotherapy, and other evidence-based methods, I support clients in processing difficult experiences, understanding the patterns that keep them stuck, and beginning to reconnect with a stronger, more authentic sense of themselves.
Sessions are available in Harley Street, London and online, offering a calm, confidential environment where real change can begin.
